A balanced energy program

Not so much balance as in using different resources but as in balancing our need for fuel and our need to get rid of some societal waste.

in the interest of continuing those topics together, what would you call someone whose fetish included dressing up like an eel? scalies? slimies?

or i guess if they were dressing up like our eel, you could just call them hungry.
